She is the author of Navigating the Caregiver River: A Journey to Sustainable Caregiving and the forthcoming 12 Sustainable Caregiving Strategies, both of which are rooted in practical tools, deep empathy, and hard-won wisdom. Theresa co-hosted the limited-edition Self-Caregiving Strategies Podcast with Alison Van Schie, bringing compassionate conversations and actionable insights to caregivers worldwide. Theresa has presented at caregiver conferences across the country and partners with caregiving organizations, authors, and advocates through her creative studio, Wandering Digital Media.
