Sam is Director & Head of Regulated & Term Finance, at Finanze Ltd. Providing bespoke solutions for bridging, buy to let, development finance, residential and commercial mortgages for private and corporate clients.   Outside of helping people realise their dreams and visions within the built environment, Sam has her own huge visions. With our health, mental well-being and the natural environment all intrinsically linked, Sam is working towards building a community and nature led housing development.   Using sustainable materials and eco technologies for the homes, r-wilding and biophilic designs to link in nature.
