We interviewed Dr. Lawrence  Goodridge, Director at Canadian Research Institute for Food Safety at the University of Guelph. The interview has two parts.In this first part of the interview with Dr. Goodridge, learn more about his background and pathway to science and also about food safety and how to handle food safely from the grocery store to the home kitchen.
