Neil also gave an example of Expandabrand's commitment to sustainability by repurposing waste fabric used to manufacture flags, repurposing an estimated 14.2 tons of material, saving it from landfills and producing functional products together with Uzwelo Bags that benefit local communities.He also explained how the Uzwelo project, in addition to providing functional products for local communities, has a percentage of its sales going to the Bateleurs, a South African Non-Profit Company (NPC) with over 200 volunteer pilots and aircraft.
