Suzy Cato: A few pages of my story

Suzy is a New Zealand Icon, having been on many of our TV screens throughout our childhood, she continues to do incredible mahi within the creative and children's music space! We kōrero to Suzy about her journey to working in Children’s TV and music, we also dive into her journey being a part of the iconic TV program, You and Me! We also talked about how to write a children's book and what her best tips and tricks are!  But that’s not all, we dive into intentional actions, bad moments not days, what she is most proud of and her internal chat she uses when something negative sounds like it could pop in.
