Suzy's Journey Ep. 1: Trusting My Intuition: How I Got to Today

In this episode I share with you my journey through my personal experience in business. When I started out in my early twenties, I entered the corporate business with just a high school diploma. However, I had a natural gift for problem-solving and creating new systems, and I always felt drawn to looking at a problem and seeing the end result that needed to be accomplished.With the guidance and encouragement of my supervisors and colleagues, I excelled in corporate positions such as sales, forecasting, and budgeting. I was also very good with spreadsheets, and I could figure out formulas, track progress, and see metrics to paint a picture for the future. I truly believe that we are spiritual beings in a human body, and my spiritual side already knew how to do these things. I didn't need to go to school to learn them.Despite my success, I felt like I needed a degree to prove my knowledge. So, I joined the army in 2002 as a medic after 9/11, even though my original goal was to do veterinary medicine. I was scared and nervous about the physical and mental challenges of basic training and learning medicine, but I trusted my intuition.In this episode of my podcast, I want to encourage you to trust your intuition and faith in yourself, just like I did.
