Zhanna suddenly became afraid of any sound. The rustle of the old maple tree that have been growing outside her window as long as she can remember. The cough of a neighbor who went out for a smoke on the stairwell at two o'clock in the morning. The creak of her old Ikea bed. The noise of an flying airplane over her hometown. Drunken cries of men returning from a construction site on Zheleznodorozhnaya street to their hostel next to a car service. Even the notification sound of the incoming message, to which she was terribly reluctant to answer (but she answered anyway), frightened her. The only sounds that doesn’t cause horror for Zhanna, but immersed her in a light trance (just like a powerful sedative), and gave her hope for a brighter future (just like three shots of vodka), were the melodies of the Svetiritm mix for the radio: 5/8.
