David Aylor, the attorney for Alex Stone, 16 year old Summerville High School student arrested for writing about killing his neighbors pet dinosaur in an assignment to write a mock facebook post (given by the teacher), says he had a learning disability. Aylor adds, "unless there is dinosaur blood, he's not guilty." Stone still faces criminal charges of disorderly conduct.
