This is a section taken from almost an hour of multi-layered, evolving soundscape goodness! NonSilence and Beats Under Heat Volume 4 is a multi-layered, evolving soundscape based on the sounds of the natural world. This 55-minute piece, “Swambi”, was sculpted from recordings of dusk in a swamp on the far south coast of New South Wales, Australia. Originally created as an aural ambient space for visual artist Patrick Hromas to work in, Swambi has been reworked and layered for this release. Thanks to the animals, insects, plants, water and earth of Khandallah for the raw material.
