Swanee has been belting out rock classics since he was a wee laddie growing up in Glasgow. As an elder of the hit making Swan/Barnes gene pool, Swanee has lived life to the fullest, but there are some insights he rarely gets a chance to share, like his days as an army chef and pastry cook, his kitchen surprises and secrets for his favourite curries and much-loved trifle.

We also hear the back story to his latest musical masterpiece, a duets album called Believe, where a dream comes true and Swanee records with his brothers Jimmy and Alan Barnes for the first time ever. Swanee is not only a great singer, he is a larrikin, a man of the people and loved and respected across the music industry.

The names might not sound very appertising but the memories they bring are like no other. In the Food Poll this week, the Razz, Glug and the Sunny Boy line up in all their frozen glory, vying for the title of favourite frozen pyramid of the past.
