Church authorities estimate that approximately fifty billion people have lived on the earth since the Garden of Eden. Every single one of them, along with you and me, inherited the promise of eternal death from their exponentially great, great, great, great, grandparents, Adam and Eve. Then Jesus threw Himself into the grinding gears of the cosmic vending machine of our collective doom in order to provide what He described as "life more abundantly."
