Not Boring Investment Memos are deep dives into early stage companies that are raising money now. This week, we're talking about Swaypay, which gives shoppers discounts in exchange for using their social capital, or sway, to share products, all within the checkout flow. It takes money that would normally go to Google and Facebook and gives it back to regular people.
