SwCA Episode 003: Business Solutions (results are rewarded)!

The act of engaging in professional endeavors, in any capacity (i.e., as an employee, employer, entrepreneur, contractor, volunteer, paid, full time, part time, intermittently, etc.) is an expression of our ideas and creative talents (“art”). In this debut episode of this series we are exploring the specific topic of "Business solutions!" Why am I always focused on solutions? Why is this show named, 'Solutions...with Courtney Anderson!'? The show name is easy. My name is Courtney Anderson and 'the proof is in the pudding!' In other words, what happened as a result of the choices? What was the outcome? We focus on surpassing our goals and the assessment of outcomes is a fundamental part of us working through potential solution sets.  Definition of solution - ": something that is used or done to deal with and end a problem : something that solves a problem : the act of solving something : a correct answer to a problem, puzzle, etc." Solution. As an attorney I am retained by my client to provide solutions (results). I am not fulfilling my responsibility if all that I do is contemplate various outcomes (assuming that is not the only limited engagement service my client requested). Action is required.  As a consultant and corporate educator my marketing materials state, "Passionate. Pragmatic. Problem-Solver." That is the core of my professional services (and my personality). I elect to accept work assignments and projects that I am enthralled with! I am always prioritizing the real life application and outcome of organizational actions.
