Check out the 5 Minute Food Fix Instagram.  RECIPE Sweet chilli sauce (makes 1 bottle) Shove ½ cup rice wine vinegar, 1 cup each of water and white sugar, 1 tbsp sake, 1 cup finely l chopped long red chillies (w. seeds) ½ clove finely grated garlic and 1 teaspoon soy sauce into a small saucepan over medium heat and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water) and stir until thickened and glossy then pour into a sterilised jar or bottle.    See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
