In radio news, the FCC is looking in to how Iheart handles artist compensation for live events.  There is lots of news on the street, and we begin our look at those Personal People Meter Ratings.  This will be followed by those call letter and format changes.  Next, Steve Bower and a look at classical music on California radio.  Bill takes a look at early radio in Cleveland Ohio.  Our classic aircheck is Gary Stevens on Swinging Radio England on Oct. 15, 1966.  Finally we travel to Spokane Washington and hear classic hits on radio station Keyf fm.
