Switch wins Las Vegas expansion approval even as data center backlash sweeps across Nevada

A wave of discontent with data centers has risen across the United States, and that wave is continuing in Nevada.The latest target? An expansion to the already massive Switch facility in the southwest Las Vegas Valley.Switch’s plan was unanimously approved Wednesday by the Clark County Commission, sitting in its capacity as the Clark County Zoning Commission.
