Despite previously failing in real estate investing and filing bankruptcy, Wayne took another leap of faith and began investing in buy-hold rental properties. After the market crash in 2008, Wayne began wholesaling properties and hasn't looked back since! To date, Wayne's wholesaling business is growing like crazy!
