We have an incredible guest on the show for you guys! Today we have Brad Chandler from Express Home Buyers! When Brad was in the 9th grade, he read a book about buying real estate and has been passionate about it ever since. He holds a bachelors degree in residential property management and an MBA in real estate. Prior to founding Express Home Buyers, he was the CFO and Senior Vice President of a local development company that bought and renovated distressed multi-family properties and converted them to low-income condominiums to rentals. Brad has been a part of over 400 real estate transactions and today he is going to share some helpful resources to help wholesalers build their business, how to make offers fast, tips on real estate education and so much more.
