Bobby Mountcastle was born in Charleston, SC but spent the majority of his life in Roanoke. He is a graduate of James Madison University. He joined the company in early 2014 and has quickly moved up doing all positions in the job until 2017 when he became COO and played an integral role in expanding operations along the East Coast. Bobby is married and has two 4-year old twin boys and a 7-month-old. He enjoys spending time outside and loves the Blue Ridge and the waterways.
