Dave Payerchin has formal training in several facets of real estate investing and has been successfully closing real estate transactions in several states (including Ohio) since 2005. Prior to joining Columbus Turnkey Houses, Dave worked as a real estate trainer and professional speaker. His hobbies include rooting for the Cleveland Browns, Cavs, and the Ohio State Buckeyes and spending time with his parents and his 7 nieces and nephews. His number one passion in life, his purpose, and the main reason he is doing real estate is because he wants to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Dave supports the non-profit organization The Lenn Foundation that provides financial relief to families that have children with cerebral palsy.
