Seven properties and 6 months later, he moved to the U.S. and founded Ohio Cashflow, a company dedicated to educating people on turnkey real estate investments. To date, Engelo owns several properties in Toledo, Dayton, Cincinnati, Kansas City, and several foreign countries. He is also the genius behind the brokerage that serves realtors, List and Sell Realty. Engelo also wrote “The Raw Truth to Success in Real Estate,” a real estate book deemed both controversial and revolutionary.
