Today we have a very special guest for the start of our client series, Sydney Shelburne! Sydney has a background in fitness as a three-sport athlete throughout high school. After leaving sports behind—but still looking for a fitness program during college—she participated in fitness challenges. Unfortunately, she never felt like they were giving the results she wanted and ultimately led to burnout. After switching her major to exercise science, she finally felt like she found what she wanted to do, which led to her becoming a full-time online fitness coach after graduation. Though Sydney is a coach herself, she recognizes that coaches need coaches. After having a few coaches before finding her way to PD, Sydney believes that Alex changed her mindset on bodybuilding as a whole and helped her find her love for training again.  Listen in as Sue and Sydney discuss her path to fitness, competing, and coaching.
