We will be bringing you a short daily episode as we guide you on what to expect the next day at the ICF 2025 Canoe Slalom and Kayak Cross World Championships, and a recap on the last day's racing in Penrith, Australia.  Today, we will preview what to expect. Host John Gregory is joined by two legendary figures of Australian canoe slalom, Olympic silver medallist Danielle Woodward and C1M World Champion Robin Bell. In tomorrow's episode, released at 6 am AEST, we will introduce you to the first of our Penrith races with the individual kayak cross time trial, appearing for the first time as a medal event at the World Championships.
