Synaxis of the Saints of Radonezh

Today we remember the Synaxis of the Saints of Radonezh, a group of holy men and women who were disciples or followers of Saint Sergius of Radonezh. These saints include monks, igumens, warriors, iconographers, and archimandrites who lived from the 14th century onward. Their lives were dedicated to prayer, monastic discipline, and service to the Church. Many of them are commemorated on different days throughout the year, but today we honor them together as a community of faith connected to the spiritual legacy of Saint Sergius.Support the show
