Synesthesia: Audible Fragrances

from Audible NMR Podcast

Fresh on the heels of presenting a poster on Audible NMR at the AAAS meeting in Chicago, here’s my entry for audible fragrances. Following the same protocols I used to create other audible NMR spectra, I simply used commercially available fragrances as samples. So now you can listen to smells! The spectrum/audio at the left is essential oil from the flower lily of the valley, which should be blooming in about two or thre months.
