Syracuse Lands Florida DL Edan Brown

Syracuse just added another Florida powerhouse to its Class of 2027—6-foot-4, 265-pound defensive lineman Edan Brown, who committed after an official visit and joins a growing wave of Gators headed to the Orange under Coach Fran Brown. Brown, set to play senior year at Archbishop McCarthy, previously held offers from UCF, Boston College, and ten other D-I programs, and lit up the recruiting radar as an edge rusher at Calvary Christian. With 14 commitments already locked in and 21 more expected to visit this month, Syracuse is surging up the recruiting rankings—clearly on a mission to dominate the Sunshine State.
