Syracuse Pursues Top WR Khalil Taylor

Syracuse football is pursuing top recruit Khalil Taylor, a four-star wide receiver for the class of 2027. Taylor, a speedy playmaker, originally committed to Penn State but decommitted after coach James Franklins firing. Now, hes visiting Syracuse on June 19th, along with another four-star athlete, Tristin Hughes. Syracuses Fran Brown has built a strong bond with Taylor, and the Orange is highlighting wide receivers coach Josh Gattiss ties from Penn State days. Despite a crowded receiver room, Taylors return skills could get him on the field fast as a freshman. Other big programs like Georgia, Colorado, Penn State, and Nebraska are also pushing hard, but Taylor prioritizes coaching philosophy, program stability, and development potential over money deals.
