Syracuse vs New Hampshire: New Era Begins

Syracuse kicks off their 2026 season at home against New Hampshire on September 5th, marking a new era after former head coach Ricky Santos’ departure. With major offensive turnover — including the transfer of star QB Matt Vezza and graduation of top receivers — the Wildcats turn to junior QB Brooks Bentley and returning RB Myles Thomason to lead the charge. On defense, standout CB Darren Burton II and key returning defenders aim to anchor a revamped unit. Despite New Hampshire’s solid FCS pedigree, Syracuse is favored for a comfortable home win to start their season. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
