Syracuse’s Canadian Tackle Rising

Syracuse Orange football looks ahead to 2026 with Fran Brown in his third season, spotlighting towering redshirt sophomore Vito Shevchenko — a 6’7”, 310-pound Canadian from Vancouver who committed in April 2024 over offers from Maryland, FIU, and FAU. Despite his physical presence and international flair, Shevchenko has only played one game so far, with 2026 projections suggesting limited snaps unless he develops quickly. One of four Canadians on the 2026 roster, his path to a bigger role remains uncertain — but fans will be watching closely. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
