In this episode, I call "Systems 2" after the first episode further below on Systems, I just speak about personal things and a speific frustration I have with organisations, especially charities. I speak about how "small" thing derail me now, whereas before I either didn't notice, or shrugged it off. And now I upset people when I still continue to drink and get paranoid.
