The 3 Step process To Create Systems: Define the roles List all the tasks Make a checklist for each task This may sound like a lot of work, and it is, but this investment of your time will bring sensational returns! And the great news is that you don't need to make your systems for everything right away. Just record a system a day or week. You'll be surprised how much you can accomplish with these small investments of your time. The Payoff: Because you have these checklists for yourself and others to follow you can: Delegate with confidence Maintain consistency Maximise efficiency Remove the bottleneck (you) from your business Save money by not having to hire top dollar super starts.
