Entrepreneurs start business as they dream of the positive  impact they can make and the financial / location / time freedom it can bring. Unfortunately, most entrepreneurs dreams turn into nightmares.

Entrepreneurs work 80 hours a week for themselves to avoid working 40 hours a week for someone else.

A lot of people resist systems, but the truth is that systems free you to do what is most important and systems free your business to thrive.

I recommend that at least once, but preferably twice a year that you take time out to look at your business from a different vantage point. During this retreat, imagine your business at 10X its current size. Then ask yourself, "What can only I do?" and "Who else can do the rest?"

The 3 Step process To Create Systems:

1. Define the roles
2. List all the tasks
3. Make a checklist for each task

This may sound like a lot of work, and it is, but this investment of your time will bring sensational returns! And the great news is that you don't need to make your systems for everything right away. Just record a system a day or week. You'll be surprised how much you can accomplish with these small investments of your time.

Because you have these checklists for yourself and others to follow you can:

• Delegate with confidence
• Maintain consistency
• Maximise efficiency
• Remove the bottleneck (you) from your business
• Save money by not having to hire top dollar super starts. Your secret sauce is your systems.
