Mike "Redgoat" Vandenberghe is a Health & Fitness coach based out of Moose Jaw, SK. Owner of Team Redgoat Training Centre and Forged Athlete Performance. he works with world class athletes as well as world class women who are in need of motivation, accountability and fun at the gym. A former professional athlete, he has had his own health issues that has lead him to wanting to help others through fitness to change their life. Amber Schick know to only Mike as Razor is along for this podcast journey, she loves podcasts and is now on her own! She brings a unique perspective to the podcast and keeps Mike on task.
