T1D & Weightlifting with Amanda Mueller (Bolus & Biceps)

Today, I am excited to talk with T1D weightlifter, Amanda Mueller. A T1D for almost 18 years, Amanda is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist on top of being an accountant. She now runs an education platform and social media account called Bolus & Biceps. Bolus & Biceps empowers T1D athletes, fitness (specifically in women), and the combination of T1D females focused on overall nutrition and health, by cultivating a community and spreading information on how to best optimize insulin management for desired lifestyle results. Our conversation dives into Amanda's mission and what she does to stay fit while living with Type-1 Diabetes.
