“Table Flipping” - Pastor David Maxwell

This message explores the biblical account of **Jesus overturning tables** in the temple to highlight the danger of prioritizing **convenience over spiritual purpose**. It draws a parallel between the ancient temple and the **modern believer**, suggesting that individuals serve as the dwelling place of God today. The text warns that focusing on efficiency or logical shortcuts can lead to a **neglected relationship with the Creator** and a disregard for others. By citing theexploitation of worshippers in the temple courts, the author encourages readers to evaluate what **distractions or selfish habits** need to be removed from their lives. Ultimately, themessage serves as a call to reclaim a **life of prayer** and intentional devotion, even when it requires personal sacrifice. https://movechurch.com/ #FaithOverConvenience #IntentionalLiving #TempleCleansing #SpiritualGrowth #DeeperFaith#ReclaimYourAltar #SacredNotConvenient #HouseOfPrayer #ChristianLiving #BiblicalTruth #UncompromisedFaith #SpiritualCheckup #RemoveDistractions #SurrenderAndDevotion #SacrificialFaith #FaithfulnessOverEfficiency #ModernBeliever #MindfulDevotion #SpiritualPurpose #PurityOfHeart
