Tackling Transphobia

On this episode of STS, usual Shitters, Rachel and Jo, are joined by Helena Daniels and her Dad, Miranda, to talk about trans women and the workplace. Miranda transitioned in her 50s, after her career as a civil servant had ended. She shares her story with us and we ask how the worklace can be made more accomodating to trans women generally.
