Taco truck talk, the James Beard Awards and 'Top Chef'

While the first food truck was likely a chuck wagon or perhaps the Wienermobile, you could argue that it didn’t reach its ideal form until tacos got involved. Dan Jacobs did, however, make it to Top Chef’s first finale episode (feels like that shouldn’t be a thing), which left Wisconsin for sunny Curaçao. And if that doesn’t have you Dan’d out, Mr. Jacobs also landed the cover story for the June edition of Milwaukee Magazine.
