Hola apasionados del taekwondo ¿Cómo están? Soy Luis Arroyo y como todos los viernes en el podcast te traigo un juego que puedes aplicar a tu clase de taekwondo.Es un juego tradicional que en algunos lugares se conoce como "Chocolate inglés", para este post le llamaremos "Taekwondo Cup Cake".¿De qué se trata?Un jugador será el "líder", el resto de los participantes se tendrán que colocar detrás de él. El líder emprenderá una carrera hacia un extremo del área de juego y los participantes tratarán de darle alcance.El único obstáculo para que alcancen al líder será que si este voltea a ver a sus perseguidores, estos tendrán que detenerse inmediatamente. Si el líder observa que uno de los participantes se mueve, entonces este saldrá del juego.Variaciones.Es un juego al que le podemos hacer muchísimas adaptaciones dependiendo de tu imaginación y de lo que quieras trabajar en tu clase, por ejemplo:Cuando el niño que está de espaldas a los demás (el líder) voltea, el resto tendrán que estar en una posición de taekwondo, dependiendo de cual quieras trabajar: Ap-kubi, bomsogui, chuchumsogui, etc.Los niños pueden moverse utilizando desplazamientos de taekwondo (steps) por ejemplo sin juntar los pies, así aprenderán a desplazarse como en un combate de taekwondo y además trabajaran en su velocidad. Sin duda es un juego que estimula la capacidad de reacción.Tú como instructor puedes ser el líder o puedes dejar a los niños que sean. Esto es muy importante porque los niños también ejercitan su autoconfianza cuando tienen que señalar a un compañero porque se movió. A muchos niños les da "pena" o "vergüenza" hacer esto y este juego les puede dar la oportunidad de practicar.Espero que puedas probar este juego en tu clase de taekwondo y me cuentes como te va. Estoy seguro de que tus alumnos tendrán una clase muy divertida en la que aprenderán sin darse cuenta.
