Da seit 1907 kein Katholikentag mehr in Würzburg stattgefunden hat, hatte das Bistum Botschafterinnen und Botschafter gesucht. 70 haben sich gemeldet und 40 davon haben sich am Samstag das erste Mal getroffen. Anna-Lena Ils war vor Ort. Sie hat mit Dominik Großmann gesprochen. Er ist Referent für den Katholikentag 2026 beim Bistum Würzburg und kann erklären, warum es einen extra Tag für die Botschafter gab.
