With nearly 20 years of experience working with organizations and individuals, developing, and presenting inclusive content, Tahitia follows a transformational coaching method, geared towards creating psychological safety, cultural humility, and integrates concepts of belonging and engagement in her coaching practice. Tahitia also hosts her podcast, Health Equity 52, interviewing guests from a variety of backgrounds that directly or indirectly improve people’s health by creating a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable world.When she is not coaching, creating content, speaking, volunteering, or podcast hosting, you’ll find Tahitia spending time with her family, including one anxious dog, and a very bossy cat.
