Tahoe 200, The Big "Sho"

For this episode of the HappyCast, we talk all things Tahoe 200 with returning guest Garren Hill, who is also joined by the King of Knoxville himself, and the Tennessee 100 mile record holder, Sho Gray. They both recently completed this behemoth of a race held by Destination Trail, which faced additional challenges such as the heat AND snow after the start date had to be moved to July, so we were all excited to hear their experience with this race.We also learn a little more about Sho and his amazing and impressive running background, which includes the best possible way to DNF a race that honestly puts all of us to shame.
