以穗之名，在野之地串起山海間的漂漂亮亮藝穗節（Fringe Festival），以自由開放的精神，提供藝術家一個能盡情迸發想像力的平台。2020年，臺東縣政府首次舉辦臺東藝穗節，在每年收穫的秋季，以臺東的山海自然與人文地景為舞台，開展系列藝文表演，希望藉不同載體與形式的演出創造對話，道出深刻的在地故事，體會臺東的獨特魅力，讓藝術融於日常。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
