Patty and Sal think we, as a whole, need to stop labeling behaviors and traits and allow each person to decide if or when they need help. People are individuals first and each of us experienced a completely different 21 years as we became the people we are today. Anything shy of truly knowing oneself is only a temporary solution. So although it may seem 'you got this' ... you don't. Not until you really, truly know yourself. Personally and professionally making yourself the best you can be is all about knowing AND understanding your 21T.
