Today on That Digital Take, I’m joined by Jamie Harkin — the Irish creator taking over our feeds with his hilarious, heartwarming take on life in Canada. From cheeky culture clashes to finding connection thousands of miles from home, Jamie’s built a digital presence that proves humor can bridge any distance. We dive into his journey from Ireland to Canada, the moment his “Irish lad abroad” content first took off, and how he’s built a loyal online community that feels more like family. Jamie opens up about life as a creator, balancing identity and authenticity, and what it really means to turn cultural comedy into a career. Expect laughs, storytelling, and a few confessions about poutine, hockey, and whether he’s actually adopted Canadian slang yet.
