Take a Break, Dude

Everyone needs a break, even you. Rest is crucial to growth. If you're working overtime trying to fix, solve, or improve a situation in your life, sometimes a break is what's needed. Take a step back, put the sword down, and relax. Let time do what it needs to do and relax into the present moment. And while you do that, I'll join you.
