She used Chamomile, Valerian & Passion Flower to help her sleep and deal with the anxiety of being in excruciating pain. She also used nutritional herbs like Dandelion and Nettles and an overall healthy diet using Food As Medicine.She talks about how important it is to start playing in the dirt, getting your hands dirty and experimenting with herbs.
