Take it back to basics

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host The Guud Company

Let's remember all the work we have done together this year for our wellness. First foundation is hydration.  How are you staying hydrated at home?  It is easiest and safest if each member of your household uses a refillable water bottle that is different from all others.  No one will mix up glasses and risk contamination, you will know how much water you are drinking and if you should be drinking more (shoot for at least 60 ounces of pure, filtered water each day) and best of all there will be less glasses to wash. Next, double check your supplement stash and order more if needed.  I am taking Zinc, Vitamin D3 with K2, a multivitamin and Vitamin C each day.  I am going to show you today over on instagram (www.instagram.com/theguudcompany ). Move your body and work on your breathing.  COntinue to stay present - we are doing this.  One day at a time. PS. I created an Amazon list with all the products I use/have used and recommend.  I continually add to it.  Here is the link: http://bit.ly/WellnessWarriorChecklist      well warr list
