Take On The World Beer Review - Aventinus Weizendoppelbock

We took on Schneider Weisse G. Schneider & Sohn Aventinus Weizendoppelbock.   This beer dates back to 1907 and has really stood the test of time.  Doppelbock is a beer traditionally brewed in spring and is known as a high-strength darker lager, however, to brew a wheat bock you substitute some of the barley with wheat and use ale yeast.
