Morning Mantra: "Remove one unhealthy habit instead of adding another healthy one."You only have so much time in your day.  If you keep adding things to do you are more likely to NOT do some of them.  So why not start your health/healing journey by removing a bad habit.For example, if you start walking but still smoke the two will cancel each other out.  It's better to stop smoking than to add the walking.  Same for if you have too much stress and can't manage it.  Try eliminating some of the stressors before you add on mediation or another thing "to do" to help you manage your stress.
