Take the Dross Away

Pro 25:4:Take away the dross from the silver, and there shall come forth a vessel for the finer. We are like silver, gold, or diamond. The dross (impurities) is the narratives the world feeds into us that we are inadequate and not good or beautiful enough. This makes many to try make up, make over, etc, to conform to the standard the world has created as good. The Bible says we are beautifully and wonderfully made and all that God created are good. When we shot off the voice and the narrative of the world and we embrace who we are and whom God says we are, the real us, beautiful and wonderful in all areas will come out. We "shall come forth a vessel for the finer." It's time we take the dross away so that we can shine like diamond and silver.
