TAKES of Our Time: ROMANCE Month

This is the first episode in a month-long series.   Today's episode, we do a deep-dive into the ROMANCE genre! But, rather than giving you facts, and numbers about how well the genre does financially, or some specific conventions, we dive into the reputation the genre has by comparing interviews with four different readers around Taiwan. We discuss our own experiences (or lack thereof) with media in the genre, what we like and dislike, and to what degree it deserves the reputation we believe it holds.   Special thanks for Wanson, Hanna Bilinski, Chris Carnahan, and Eric Gau for their help with this week's interviews.
